Lindsay Lohan has narrowly avoided time behind bars -- again.
On Tuesday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel issued a bench warrant, claiming the actress, 23, was "in violation for conditions on bail" because her SCRAM bracelet went off at an MTV Movie Awards after-party. (Lohan was ordered to wear the alcohol-monitoring bracelet last month following a failed court appearance in connection to her two DUI convictions.)

A short time later, Lohan's bondsman delivered the $20,000 BAIL -- 10% of the $200,000 bail -- saving the actress from spending any immediate time behind bars.
Lohan is due in court July 6 for a hearing.

Lohan's latest drama began Tuesday afternoon when District Attorney spokeswoman Jane Robison announced that the actress' SCRAM device was set off by "an alcohol-related violation" at the MTV bash. But in a series of Twitter messages, Lohan denied it, writing: "I did not violate anything ... at all ... My scram wasn't set off Its physically impossible ... I've been more than I'm compliance [sic] & feeling great."

It's the second arrest warrant issued for Lohan in the past two weeks. In May, a warrant was rescinded after the star put down $10,000 towards her $100,000 bail after she missed a progress review hearing (she claimed she was stuck in Cannes, France, because someone stole her passport). That previously paid bail was "forfeited" following Tuesday's emergency meeting, Judge Revel said.
